Ht. 5'4, Wt. 178 - hey guys i just need a lil bit of a boost here. So far today..ive had...Oatmeal..a lil tiny cup..and water. and after i opened up another water. and am drinking it. I am going running today and then..i am going to do 50 sit ups and 10 perfect push ups. Well thanxs. my best tip is to weigh yourslef once every two weeks at most beacause then you dont get discouraged becuase most of us like expect to lose 5 lbs in 2 days. muchprops for working out i am so busy i dont have time that why i extreme diet and then binge. can u relate
