Ht. 5'1, Wt. 160 - I love my workout plan!! made it my self and I feel Sooo much better....after just about a week! Im more toned than before!!!
this is what I do I turn on the radio and I shut my door then I get out my weights and I even bought an excersise ball! I do like 15 crunches (on the ball or not) then I stop and lift weights 15( I usually do "the bench press") then 15 more crunches and more weights then back and forth untill I am all sweaty!(about 5 or 6 sets) then I rest for like 2 or 3 min.(drink water) then when there is a good song on the radio I just get up and dance like INSANE!!!!!! (thats why I close the door) i just move non stop I do kicks, dips and turn I just keep moving! after about 5-10 min i take a break and wait for another song!!
It works well than I do the wall sit for a min and dance again then the wall sit again!
I also do some kicks and stuff for my flexablity!

good job! :) i do kinda the same thing haha. cept i dance to ..hey fat boy lmao. no really. i do some crunches. some jumpoing jacks. then go running on a treadmill.. i hope this ends up working for me ive done it on and off for year but i want to make it daily. good luck to you! .
