Ht. 5, Wt. 163 - hey yall i got sum good advice and i have been using it. i have been workin out my upper body wit weights for 20 min and my lowere body lik lunges and stuff and sit ups and pushups and all that good stuff..i cut my meals in half and i dont snack..but i seem to still gain lbs,,,every1 says it muscle but i have only been doin the work out thang for 2 days...can sum 1 help? thx x0x0

I weigh myself once a week. Do the same.

don't weigh yourself everyday. only do it once a week at the same time. try to do it in the mornings before you eat or take a shower so there's nothing that can add extra weight.
