Ht. 5'4, Wt. 130 - I was going to do this little plan to lose weight before school starts, is this good? Ride my bike 4.5 miles every day, cut down on calories, and drink lots of water, and not much junk food/pop/etc., is that really good exercise for every day? Plus, how much weight do you think i can lose if i do this? Oh, and is it possible to lose 5 pounds in 4 days if i do this? I know its not healthy for that fast, but is it possible? I did osmething similar last year and lost 5 pounds in 4 days by riding my bike a lot, plus any tips, etc.? Please reply, thanks!

U don't even need to lose weight ur at a healthy perfect weight, how do u think people who are overweight like me feel, i am 15 and 5.4 and weigh 165 pounds, U SHOULD SEE FOR UR SELF THAT UR NOT OVER WEIGHT CLICK ON THE WEIGHT CALULATOR!!!!!!!!!

well depending on how many calories she was eating technically she may "need" to cut down .

it would be possibly and healthy if you weighed like 300 lbs, but your only 130 and 5'4, so you really only need to lose 10 lbs. if anything. but if you follow your plan youll lose the 10 lbs quickly and easily.
