Ht. 5'4", Wt. 170 - hey everyone!!
i have been trying to lose 10 lbs (right now thats my goal so i dont over whelm myself) its been a stuggle. I have already lost 10 lbs and im guessing im at the plataue but i sure as hell wish not to be at it. I was just asking what are some tricks i could used to stay focused and determined to eat right and excercise EVERYDAY???

To get passed the plateau, try increasing your exercize by about 10-40 minutes a day (depending on how much you are already doing). Also, I wouldn't suggest that you go as low as 1200 calories a day. That seems a bit low for anyone. Just make sure you make healthy food choices all day every day. I know it's hard, but just keep the prize (your target weight) in mind. GOOD LUCK!!!

excersice 6 days a week, and i read to keep a plateu from happening and to keep your metabolism up, 1 week eat 1200 calories, another week it 1500, another week eat 1800, and like switch it all around

Oh God I know what u mean. Im stuck at 146 and can't move. Lol. I guess thats part of losing weight. Well, to keep you motivated, lets say you want three cupcakes instead of one. Think of how you will feel after you have ate those extra cupcakes. Think of how it will mess up everything you did. Well me? Im constantly paranoid that Im gonna gain 5 pounds if I eat a cookie, so I have no problem lol.
