Ht. 5'4, Wt. st 185 now 171 - So i woke up this morning "refreshed" after my run in with chocolate cake last night. Oops. Anyways i need to get back on track, i have a month to lose 15 pounds. (yes it is possible to do and i dont starve myself or anything like that) Im gonna add an extra 10-20 minutes of cardio a day because my weight is still at a standstill and NOTHING is making it bugde. Gonna Eat my veggies and fruits and down water like a mad man. Wish me luck. <3

water.. i down water like a mother f**ker fer real lol.. and excersise EVERYDAY even if its only for a lil bit. Use weights and eat correctly. They weight like melted off me doing that e-mail me if you want freaks_nerds_romantics@yahoo.com <3 good luck

OMG can u tell me what you do to loose 15 lb in 3 weeks cause that is what i want to loose. i am a little shorter than you and i weigh a little less than you but i guess is cause i'm shorter help me please!!!!!!!!!!!
