Ht. 5'3", Wt. 145 - alright there are 5 weeks until school starts and i wanna lose 15 pounds it would take all of those 5 weeks to lose 10 pounds if i lose 2 a week but if i lose 3 a week i can lose all of my weight. Is it healthy to lose 3 pounds a week i dont want to lose any muscle.

as long as you do it right. make sure your getting all your nutrients and plenty of water and all that good stuff.. and 3 pounds a week isn't bad its okay just dont push yourself too hard <3 good luck

it's different for every person on how much is healthy. same with how many calories you eat. if you're 5'.. you shouldn't be eating the same amount of calories as someone who's 6' tall. everyone is different and as long as you eat healthy and exercise and drink plenty of water. you should be fine.

no if you read most health sites and have seen a dr. about it they say 1 to 2 lbs

Yeah, it's possible. It's recommended that you lose 2-3 pounds a week. Also keep in mind that some weeks you only will lose 1 pound, or maybe none at all, and then some weeks you might lose 4 pounds or so. just make sure it all averages out. Just eat the best you can, get plenty of exercize, and just see what happens. GOOD LUCK!!!!

i guess it is as long as you are eating healthy and not undereating like i do sometimes.
