Ht. 5', Wt. 165 - hey guys...i made jv cheering and since i'm pretty short...they want me to fly...like be cradeled and stuff...but the thing is...i have to lose 65 lbs. before season starts...season starts in september...so i know i wont lose 65 lbs. before september...but can anybody tell me ways to lose a bunch of weight fast and to tone up...ok thanks...

what you should really do is just eat healthy and exersize and dont overeat. just see how much weight you lose. i doubt it willbe 65 pounds but you will lose some weight!

Don't do the liquid diet. It's just another one of those dumb fad diets. When you start eating food again, your gain weight because you have slowed your metabalism down so much, so you'll probably just gain all the weight back, plus some more. Besides, your body needs FOOD to use as fuel. This is just another name for anorexia. DONT DO IT!!!

hmm well you wont lose 65 lbs..but, you can probably lose like 15 by seppetember if you eat healthy. good luck!

There really is no fast, easy way to lose weight, especially if you want it to stay off. The most effective way is to eat right and get a lot of exercize. There is no quick fix. It will take time, but if you stick with it, it will eventually work. Good luck.
