Ht. 5'7", Wt. 184 - ok im so0o0o confused. i went to toneteen.com's bulliten board and everyone there was saying to eat 2,300-2,500 calories a DAY! i dont get it...why eat MORE than the average person if your trying to LOSE weight!?! i know it has to do with your and the more you eat the more you burn but to lose weight dont you have to EAT LESS and BURN MORE? hmm im confused! and also i hardly ever get hungrey! i dont know what to do cuz i that that my metabolism is slow so what can i do to speed it up? i heard that drinking a red bull in the morning stimulates the metabolism and should i only eat when im hungry? cuz then that would like only be one meal a day!!!! OMGGGGGGOSHH im soooo confused! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help me out! thank you soo0o0o much! <3 all of you!, brittney

You should try the 3 hour diet (its not considered a" fad diet") and wat you do is you eat a 400 calorie breakfat, 3 hours later, eat a 100 calorie snack, 3 hours later, 400 calorie snack, 3 hourrs, 400 cal dinner, and then you are alowd to have 50 calories of a snack (12 m&ms, 1 reeses cup, ect.) and it equals 1450 calories a day. BUT... you have to combine the right amount of protein, carbs, veg/fruit, and a little fat. you lose about 1-2lbs a week
