Ht. 5'3'', Wt. 140 - i started my dieat at 145 then lost 5 lbs then anther 5 then i gained it bak cuz 1 i lose weight i stop being strict about what im easting & i dnt obbseees about working out how do i stay w/it???? at leest long enough to loose noticealbe weight!!!!plezz ne advice thankx!

Don't worry so much, it ok every one messes up there diet, here is a good tip, try and eat less for a week and ur stomach will srink, and u won't have to eat as much, and don't freak out about working out, it should be fun not stressful, to stay healthy u need about 30 mins of phyical activity a day, not 1 or 2 and working out doesn't all have to be on a machine, so just have fun and eat healthy and u should only weight yourself 1-2 a week
