Ht. 5'4, Wt. 147 - Ok well this is my first time on here i know my own little work out and eating plan and i am pretty reading to do this i had a break down yesterday and cried for like a hour and it was becuase i could not fit in any of my clouthes i was just so so sad. But i do wanna know any little helpful hints that any of u have for me i already know to drink A LOT of water but i wanna know other things i think that u all know what i meen

try the special k diet, replace the fat free cereal for two meals and eat a salad with chicken for the other meal!!! try working with weights to tone ur body soon u won't be worrying muchabout how much u weigh but how healthy u look! try going to www.joycevedral.com she has great workouts with weights and u can find her books at libraries or order them online

well snack on veggies because there really low in calories and fill you up

Hey sweetie. Its okay, I have moments like that all the time. When Im going out with friends and I just want to look nice and nothing will fit. We are all here for you. My diet plan is to limit yourself. Try not to load up on junk food. Heres a good plan to follow. Eat breakfast within an hour of waking up. A bowel of oatmeal is great! Then 2-3 hours after breakfast have a snack. A granola bar is a good snack. Lunch comes 2-3 hours after your snack. A good snack (for someone who is not a vegetarian like myself) would be a tuna fish sandwich and salad. Another snack 2-3 hours after lunch. Try an apple.. any type of fruit! Then eat dinner 2-3 hours BEFORE going to sleep. THAT IS VERY IMPORTANT!! For dinner try a salad, some veggies and any type of meat.. Just limit the portion. Make sure to drink TONS of water!! Work out alot. Do crunches, sit-ups, push-ups. Go for a mile run. It feels great and raises your confidence! I really hope I helped! Hey dont be so hard on yourself you can do it you can overcom this but you have to believe in yourself try putting your mind on other things instead of your weight or eating and that helped me. dont let anybody get in your way of losing weight because all their trying to do is make them selves feel better by cutting down other peoples self esteem but you cant let people like them phase you because youll end up feeling bad about yourself and youll gain more weight, dont believe the things they say about you because I bet that most of the time there not true.
