Ht. 5'7", Wt. 162 - ok so brek: kashi cereal with no milk (190 calories) lunch: salad with tuna (250 cals) 7 triscuits (120 cals) snack : kashi cereal again (190 cals) and for dinner: a turkey sandwich with 2 slices of cheese on a roll (about 500 calories) ..so i had about 1250 calories, and also i swam laps but only for like 15 minutes..howd i do?

oh, there are 3,500 calories in a pound. I found it on prevention.com a fitness website. just to help you out.

I think you did pretty good. oh at http://www.prevention.com/caloriecalcsub/1,,s1-4-0-0-0-1-0-4,00.html you can find how many calories you are burning doing certain activities. Try it it's really cool.

well 1250 is not alot and I think u did very good cause 3,000 calories is one pound and if your not even eating enought to equal one pound and still exercise 15 minutes a day then I think u should lose weight.

Eating wise, I think you did really good, but you didn't do much exercize. As long as you usually do a bit more, it's fine to take a day off, or have a light day. Good job!! Keep it up!!!

mmm and now im having carrot sticks so its like 1300 calories, plus ill have 10 calorie sugar free jello for dessert
