Ht. 5'4, Wt. st 185 now 168 - ugh i messed up again.. bf: 1 cup smart start, blueberries and a bannana. Lunch, some skinless chicken stips and i ate a bunch of japanese food (i had a california roll (sushi) salad, rice and 2 geozas sp?..) i dont even want to know how many calories were in that.. not to mention i had like a little less than half a cup of ice cream, and its only 4. So i think im just gonna eat a bunch of veggies for dinner and nothing else. and work out really hard ...Being fat sucks lol.. blah hope everyone did better than meeeee much love <3

Hey, you didn't do that bad at all. Don't be too caught up on your calories if you're working out. If you do a good steady 40 minute work out everyday or so then I wouldn't worry about calories that much at all. I would mostly worry about fat because you can't get rid of that as easily.
