Ht. 5'2, Wt. 140 - hey
im really going to get serious about losing my extra weight. i started yesterday, with a lowfat chocolate muffin for breakfast, a baked chicken sandwich with cheese and mustard for lunch, and a lean cuisine for dinner. i lost half a pound just from that.
today i ate a small bowl of captain crunch for breakfast, and then went on a hilly 2 mile run with my friend. for lunch i'm going out to panera. is it okay if i have a 485 calorie meal?
or i can get chicken noodle soup with a sandwich and have about 385...but i really don't even like chicken noodle soup.
hrm maybe i should just get over it and eat it.

485 calories is fine. make sure you look at fat content to though
