Ht. 5'7", Wt. 162 - mm ok guys : slight probelm.,tomorrow im going downtown : going to panera bread for lunch and ben and jerrys..im gonna try not to get anything at ben + jerrys, but if i do it will prob. be no fat frozen yogurt or sorbet.. mmm anyway i looked at nutrition facts at panera bread at soups and salads. soup is low in calories but its gonna be super hot tomorrow .. and so i was gonna get the salad, which has 370 calories, so its fine..but theres 19 g. of fat. ugh..im gonna do as best i can..but what do you guys think? i have to leave at 8ish tomorrow (in the morning) so PLEASE respond by then

Reply from lissa, Age 17 - 08/03/05 - IP#: 71.1.129.xxx i think it sounds okay.. maybe you could have the salad with less dressing or something? either way.. i'd pick the one that gives you the most nutrition. like if it's a soup with noodles, i'd go with the salad. and in the salad.. i'd try and stay away from croutons. just watch yourself for the rest of the day and you should be okay.
