Ht. 5, Wt. 142 - heyy, at the end of the summer i was wearing a size 9 (while all my friends were wearing 0's and 1's) and I weighed a good solid 130 pounds, yesterday i got on the scale and was shocked, I was 142.5, thats a 12 pound gain in 1 month and 3 days!! I had been wearing atletic shorts all summer so they still fit although i did notice they got a bit tighter, so I tried on a pair of my jeans from last year and they didn't fit! I could barley pull them up and couldn't zip them at all, I also got stretch marks on my thighs because they gained alot of fat really fast. When I went shopping to see what size I was I was a thight 13, and a 15 in just a few items! How do I take off my summer fat and maybe even a little of my previous! PLEASE HELP

most of my friends are really skinny too, i also gained weight over the summer and part of the reason was because of them. they made me depressed. dont think about their weight, just focus on yourself. my friends are really supportive of my dieting, and yours should be too. i run 2 miles a night and do 100-200 sit ups. but whatever works for you!!! good luck!!! ~brooke~

ur healthy weight would be between 100 and 121 pounds just loose 20 pounds and u'll be healthy

WORK OUT! How else can i put it??? See if u don't do anything about it u'll just gain more and more pounds!! Personally working out with weights REALLY works get a book at joycevedral.com or look for those books at local libraries, dumbells are sold really cheap at local farmacies...u'll loose weight and gain muscle...also diet DON'T eat a lot of fattening stuff eat healthy count calories and fat grams and go to the wieght calulator and figure out how much would a girl ur age and height would weigh...then u'll know exactly how much u have to weigh.
