Ht. 5'5", Wt. 190 Goal 150 - What do you guys think of this weight loss plan?Here's the first two weeks:

7:30 AM:Yoga
8:00 AM:10 Minute Jog
3:00 PM:10 Minute Jog
5:00 PM:Hour of Basketball
*Any Time During the Day:Bench Press x 50,Curl x 50,250 Push Ups
Tuesday and Thursday
7:30 AM:Yoga
8:00 AM:30 Minute Jog
3:00 PM:30 Minute Jog
5:00 PM:Hour of Basketball
*Any Time During the Day:Leg Curl x 50,Leg Extension x 50,100 Push Ups
Week #2
Monday,Wednesday,Friday
7:30 AM:Yoga
8:00 AM:60 Minute Jog
3:00 PM:60 Minute Jog
5:00 PM:Hour of Basketball
*Any Time During the Day:Bench Press x 50,Curl x 50,300 Push Ups
Tuesday and Thursday
7:30 AM:Yoga
8:00 AM:20 Minute Jog
3:00 PM:20 Minute Jog
5:00 PM:Hour of Basketball
*Any Time During the Day:Leg Curl x 50,Leg Extension x 50,150 Push Ups
Diet
Food:No Fatty,Greasy, etc foods.
Beverage:Water
Calories:No more than 1200
Carbohydrates:Minimal Intake

great. u dont have to make it so complicated though. just workout whenever u can as much as u can (well not too much of course) butyeah. cuz u might have to raise ur indurance to it. or like just run every day and do ur weights or w/e and every day do more instead of killing urself on it all at once. but u sound motivated and like u plan things out so i know ull do really well! good luck. :)

iy's awesome u r really gonna loose weight with that plan but try not to eat fatty foods!
