Ht. 6'2, Wt. 275 - Hey, my first time on this board, but i see lots of questions on the TUNA DIET.
The tuna diet is simple, ALL YOU CAN EAT TUNA, and as much water as you can comsume. I have been on this diet this summer, in June I weighed around 305, then i tried the TUNA Diet for one week, i lost 8 pounds in 6 days. The Diet works but chances are you will gain the weight back as i did. In the middle of June I got my act together and started running and just cutting back on what I ate. Its now August 8th, in two months i have lost 30 pounds, and also have gained muscle from working out.
I Warn you IF you decide to go on the tuna diet, Take some sort of fiber pill to help stay regular.
This diet works, you can lose 30 pounds in a month if you exercise atleast 3 times a week.
After the first week you can add veggies.
You can add mustard and even a tiny dab of mayo to the tuna to add flavor.
The key is on any diet is to DRINK LOTS OF WATER to help flush your system out.
