Ht. 5'5, Wt. 192 - hello everybody!!
well right now i am a little bit happy. my grandmother and parents keep complementing me because i look thinner. i use to wiegh 220. and i was really sick and tired of it. so i bought a tennis racket and some tennis balls and i started going to a near by high school other than the one i attend and i have two or three friends come along. and we play tennis at the courts and we each take turns pretending to be a coach and we push eachtoher to work super hard. like for example... every bad serve i do i run a lap or i do a suicide. and we keep doing that for about 2 hours. then we walk around the track about 8 or 12 times. everyday. i know it seems like alot of work. but it is way worth it. have fun and talk about stupid (funny) stuff. imagine yourself being thinner. it really works. at first i would go eat right after. DON'T DO THAT!
well know i am loosing alot of weight, and i am vegan now. trust me on this one. you'll love yourself with you start seeing the results. for eating advice.... write back. bye bye!!

wow thats great im trying out for tennis next week i played some over the summer and lost 5 pounds and also im joining my schools volleyball team
