Ht. 5'8, Wt. 160 - Ok well its wicked hot out and im bored and all im doing is sitting around the house going on the computer and eating since it is 2 hot to go outside.....so i ate really bad 2 day which is a prombem..here goes nothing: brek: 4 small pancakes (homemade) w/ syrup and fruit, then i had a 160 cal ceral bar :( it waz a coco puffs 1.lunch: turkey sandwhich on white bulky roll w/ mayo...ugha then a 100 cal pack, then heathly choice ice cream and i but peanut butter it in and a piece of chocolate....UGH...i hav a cross country practice 2 day its the 1st 1 but idk if we r gonna be running or not so yeh....ahhh....but im gonna go on the tredmill and burn 800 cals...perhaps that will burn off some of te horrible stuff i ate.......ugha...im mad at me self..can any 1 help me????????

Reply from dena, Age 14 - 08/08/05 - IP#: 205.188.116.xxx well u didnt do THAT bad, but it could've been better, like the pancakes and syrup.. but u made some healthy choices like the healthy choice ice cream thats pretty good if u really wnat ice cream without all the extra calories, and the 100 cal pack, healthy snack, and as for the roll and mayo be careful with mayo, its like all oily fat! as tho u didnt know.. but yeah u did okay, just try harder 2 resist temptations a little better, and dont beat urself upo just cause u slipped a little it. well good luck! byee
