Ht. 5'5, Wt. 165 - Here is what i have eaten today..Breakfast: Smart Start soy protein cereal w/ whole milk and green tea(about 275 cals), Lunch:Rice with this sauce and vegetables in a flour tortilla (i know this is alot but 570 cals), Snack:Mango. So thats 845 which isn't too bad. If i get hungry before dinner again ill have some more fruit or veggies, and then ill have about 400 cals for dinner which leaves me enough calories to have half a cup of ice cream after dinner (its soy ice cream (tons better than reg and has 170 per half cup)). I also worked out for half an hour and may do pilates for another 20 minutes before dinner. Howd I do?

i think you did very good. if you keep doing that you will fit in no time. great job.

good job!! your lunch was a little big, but its fine because you had low calorie snacks and a small brek.
