Ht. 5' 3", Wt. 130 - Hey everyone! So far I've lost 20 lbs but for the past few weeks i've been stuck! I'm watching what i eat; small portions and healthy foods, but i was wondering how much I should be exercizing... I've been swimming, running and doing crunches but i'm not sure how long i should do all of these for. Does anyone know if there is like a guideline or suggested quantity of exercize perday to lose weight? Thanks so much!

welll ur body has gotten use to that excercise so its not losing weight anymore all u need to do is increase ur excercise a lil more and keep eating right like if u normally run for 20 mins go to like 40 mins and if u swimm for an hr swim fro 2 if u do 50 crunches do 100 and stuff like that ur body has just gotten use to the excercise u are doing... m,ember to continue to eat right still

well Im no expert but my nutritionist or watever says that 30 min a day wish plenty of diet an excerise should have you losing 5 pounds a week hope I helped wisha well hatter out
