Ht. 5'4, Wt. 150 - ok
well today is the start of a new me. I am starting a new weight loss program that i made up
Alright- You basically just stay away from greasy foods like fastfood and delete junk out of your diet
Make sure there's not too many calories in the stuff ur eating
For the excercise- I checked out caloriesperhour.com and it said that if you ride ur bike at 12 mph around ur neighborhood for like an hour u will burn 552 calories.
And then at night im going to walk on my treadmill for an hour at mph and u will also burn 552.Then everyday my total cunches will be 200.I dont hav to do them at the same time if i dont want to. This mightve been from somewhere else might not be original but ive never heard of it. Okay well wish me luck! My goal is to lose 45 lbs by Christmas. If anyone wants to use this diet go right ahead. I hope it works for you too. Good Luck.

Keep me posted on that. Sounds like you could lose that weight faster then Cristmas if you stick to it! Good luck!

CHRISMAS? YOU SHOULD TRY 45 POUNDS BY THE END OF JANUARY
