Ht. 5'5, Wt. 209 - so i was wondering i have to lose 5 pounds between now and august 27th... one, is this possible and 2 if i eat cereal or yogurt or egg beaters in the morning, some type of protein for lunch with a low carb pita or wrap, and then wat my mom cooks for dinner and only snacks would be fruit or veggies or pria bar... could i lose 5 pounds by the 27th? and is going to curves like everyday or like 5 times a week enough exercise? and one more thing lol does anyone want to be weight loss buddies?

eat 1200 healthy cals a day do cardio toning and be happy (try giving up pop it will help keep muscle mass as u tone) u could prolly loose 4 pounds and maybe not sayin a fosure yes but possibly get down a size well good luck and follow this and u could loose 2 pounds a week
