Ht. 5'5, Wt. s:185 n:165 g:145 - Ok...so what do you think of my day? Breakfast:Small bowl of smart start w/ fat free milk (200 cals). Lunch: Apple, Seasame chicken with steamed broccli and mushrooms (170 cals) with a soy ice cream dessert (150 calories). Snack:Grilled cheese sandwhich [soy cheese](250 cals). Snack:Crackers w/ honey and carob chips (kinda like chocolate chips)(300 cals). Dinner: Grilled fish salad (salad had lettuce, dried cherries, mandarin oranges, and half a tablespoon of dressing). I have know idea how many calories its worth but i know that its healthy (maybe around 300 calories). So how did i do??

jane is wrong, you should eat foods high in nutrients, including your snacks. the fods she mentioned are good if you need a treat, but the mess with you blood sugar levels, which is a bad thing. u did fine, you day sounds good, with many nutritious foods that made you satisfied
