Ht. 5'7, Wt. was 200 now 177 - Hi my name is samantha. A month ago I weighed 200Lbs but just changing the way I eat and trying to eat better. I lost 24 Lbs.(It is all water though). But I feel so much better. Im still not down to my goal but Im working on It. I not only feel but look better. Is there any advice on some workouts I can do to lose weight in my thighs and hips. if you keep doing what your doing it will porbly come off. i dont think spot training works, if ur bigger in your hips and thighs thats just where your body stores the most fat, when you loose more weight it shuold come off.. youve done really well though congrats! :)
