Ht. 5'3'', Wt. 147 - today, i didnt do that good but i did better than normal. Breakfast: Honey nut cheerios Snack: Yoplait yogurt (150 calories) Lunch: Chips and homeade salsa (not good but...) Dinner: chicken selects meal from mcdonalds (I know that was really bad)
I know its not that good but trust me, its alot better than what I used to eat. And I danced alot when i was cleaning my room and ended up not getting my room clean lol. I was playing "What you waiting for" by gwen stefani and I just broke out in dance lol. Then I danced to other music because I was just hyper. Trust me, I sweated lol.

u know. thats not so bad as long as u dont eat alot of the junk its ok. it just wont speed up weight loss or anything. if u eat freak healthy no junk, u might eventually breakdown and binge eat junk (ive done it) its better to have it like nomral just less (reduce claories) and to speed up weight loss see how many days u can go without the junk, and when u want to give in, be like ok, but just a bit. good job and good luck. o and i love gwen :)
