Ht. 5'4, Wt. 148 Goal: 110 - Tell me how am doing, had no breakfast, lunch-had half a pork chop, some rice and a glass of juice, went to the gym did 60 min of cardio 20 min bycicle 20 min stepper, 20 min on the elliptical burned 451 calories..dinner-cup of milk with all bran, and some other fiber stuff..will it work...

You are doing great! You are eating very healthy except for the no breakfast. You metabolism slows down when you sleep and it doesn't start again until you get some food in you, and I read that when you wait to long to eat, it doesn't work as well or something like that. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day! Other than that you sound like you are eating healthy and doing well. Good job and eat your breakfast!!
