Ht. 5'0, Wt. 160 - Breakfast- 2 pieces of whole wheat toast-140
1/2 tablespoon of cinnamon-15
Butter-20
Lunch- 1 piece of whole wheat bread-70
turkey-30
Chips and salsa-300(a little less)
Total so far- around 700

You should try eating real food instead of bread. I mean, I'd be starving if that's all I ate all day. Get some protein in there, and some real food for breakfast.
