Ht. 5' 4", Wt. 204 - Hi everyone, I really need to lose weight. The problem is ive tried everything. I eat 1000 cals a dau of healthy food drink lots of water and use the treadmill to run 30-45 min a day. Ive been doing that for 9 days and I have lost only 1/2 pound. What am I doing wrong. Please help me. Thank.

DOING TREDMILL AINT GONE CUT IT. aND IF U REALLY WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT U NEED TO WORKOUT MORE THAN 3 TIMES A WEEK. mAYBE ABOUT FIVE. SINCE I REALL WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT IVE BEEN WORKING OUT 7RIMES A WEEK AND I HAVE LOST 5 POUNDS. iTS GONNA TAKE A WHILE THOUGH. U NEED TO EAT PROTEIN IN EVERY MEAL U EAT NO MATTER WAHT U ARE EATING. Reply from Julie, Age 16 - 08/18/05 - IP#: 4.242.171.xxx You should not go under 1200 calories a day. If you do, your body will go into starvation mode and start storing the fat that it does get. So, try eating a bit more (healthy foods, of course).
