Ht. 5'3", Wt. 212.5 - OK, yesterday and the day before I kinda cheated on my diet and didn't exercise, and I gained 3 pounds back that I had lost :( Now I am depressed a little, and kinda lost some motivation. I am going to try to get my act together today though, and continue cutting calories, and I'm gonna work out. Is it normal to be depressed and lose your motivation when this happens, and has this happened to anyone else, cause I kinda feel like a loser???

Yeh sure its normal to lose motivation but keep your head up high and keep on going :)

yes it is normal, that happens to me alot, it so hard to lose weight when your friends are all eating junk food.
