Ht. 5'1, Wt. 180:goal 145 - Well this is going to be my last post bout my weight for a while.. ima stick to eating healthy and exercise my goal for right now is 145 lbs if i get there i will make my goal 120 then to 100 but anyway im going to try and tone my arms my stomach and my theighs especially my stomach though and arms and theighs bout the same.. I want to look better and feel bettr about myself and my weight im going to try to do 100 situps a day 200 jumpin jacks 15 pushups.... and ride my bike for like 30 minutesa day..how long would it take me to get down to 145 lbs? and after your period how many days should u wait untill u weigh urself?

The following instructions I got off the internet may help with your thighs. Try these lunges; they work for me: "Standing upright, step one leg forward 2-3 feet. Keeping your upper body erect, and not moving forward during the lunge, dip your upper body down, bending your rear leg at the knee. Dip down until your rear knee almost touches the floor. Hold the tension for a count of 5-10 seconds, then slowly rise back up. Repeat several times before switching legs. Note: This is an excellent exercise for the hamstrings, bottom, and muscles around your hips. However, use caution not to stress your knees. If you feel pain in your knees, reduce the depth of the lunge. If you have knee problems, talk to your doctor before doing lunges."

its gonna take you quite a long time to lose all thta weight maybe a little over a month.but i have faith in you.good luck!!!
