Ht. 5'5, Wt. 150 - hey all
im gonna get a four pack by christmas thats 129 days now it was 136 when i started but things have been going good except for my eating i pig out when i get home from school whether im hungry or not so i eat breakfast but not lunch so i can have some calories when i cant control myself but if you think about it its not all that bad because i eat breakfast at eight and get home at three thiry i know its a while but i have tried everything to stop myself from pigging out if yall have any suggestions please tell me because it cant be helpful not eating at lunch ...but good news i already lost an inch from my stomach doing my four pack by christmas plan woohoo oh and by the way this isnt one of those fad diet thingys its an excersize routine i have made up and it seems to work so yeah..well please help me out if you can and if not please comment anyway

ok u eat at 8 in the morning..and then dont eat til 3..and u pig out!!!!! SOUND JUST LIK HOW I USE TO BE!!!! SERIOUSLY!!!!! ok buy thise 100 calories snack packs, or gusters!! bring one to school and have it as a tiny lunch, it makes u big out way less! ok when u come home, its not just that u want to eat everything, its because ur actually hungry and u can avoid pigging out by just having a small snack during the school day! well, just take my advice i've lost 20 pounds so far!! BYA!!

Is there any way you can avoid going home right away? I had a problem kinda similar to yours, and I talked to a teacher who let me stay after school almost every day. She even gave work to do (type worksheets, grade papers etc.) See if you can find something for you to do to keep you from going straight home after school.

wow! an inch that soon? Thats great! Do you think you could post your workout for me? That would be awesome! Try with all your will power to control yourself when you get home from school. As soon as you walk in the door, grab a big bottle (or glass) of water and drink it before you eat anything. This might make you sssoooo full you won't want to eat anything because it will make you really uncomfortable. I hope it works for you and please post your ab workout! Thanks! *SammY*
