Ht. 5"5', Wt. 154 - What do you think?? 2000 calories a day 300 at breakfast 300 at lunch 500 for snack (healthy like a meal though), 400 for dinner and 500 for snack all eaten around breakfast for 7, lunch 12-1, snack, 4-5, dinner 5-6, snack 7-8???? I want to lose 20 pounds by christmas.

ya, u could lose 20 pounds by chrietmas, it would take alot of work! ok, this is what im think fo ru...breakfast-400 calories(any time)
snack-200 calories(between breakfats and lunch)
Lunch- 400calories ( 12-1)
snack-200 calories(between lunch and dinner)
Dinner-500 calories(6-7:30)
Last snack/small dessert-300 calories(before 8pm)
DONT EAT FTER *PM...IT SETS BOUNDARIES FOR YOU!!
That sounds great! seriously take my advice, i've lost like 20 pounds alreday....k? bya hun!

add more calories to ur meals and reduce ur snack calories, snacks should be like 100-200 cals, over 300 and its a meal.

That sounds good and everything but I would some of those calories into the meals instead of the snax, but that is just my opinion...Good luck!
