Ht. 5'5, Wt. 150 - hey all im taking a break from my excersize plan tonight my tummy muscles hurt so bad but im gonna get right back on it tomorrow!!!hows everyone doing with their diet and excersize will you guys share what yall are doing so i can just get a few tips from each and find something that works for me because i have excersize down great but eating.....lol help me out please and ill help yall out the best i can

hey. yeah its good to take a break. my exercise is going amazingly. i do an hour a day of cardio plus some sit ups, i actually LIKE doing it its like a drug. it makes u feel great, have energy and .. yeah its good :). but my diet is non existant. id probly be loosing so much if i didnt eat the junk im eating. ill do well alll day then after dinner over do it with chocolate or something. ugh. so my only advice is, exercise makes u feel great but diet-- (aka healthy eating) will make u see results faster. hope u have more willpower than me ! goodluck

thats my problem too lol i eat like a pig when i come home from school but i excersize a good amount except today because i worked my butt off all week
