Ht. 4' 11, Wt. 125 - at the beginning of the school year two years ago i weight 78 pounds, at the end of the year i weighed about 89, but i wasnt worried since i was growing taller too. but by the beginning of last year i weighed 110, then 115, 120, 125, 130. i have lost 5 pounds, but i still need help with the rest of my weight cause im kinda in a slump. i want to lose around 20 or maybe 25 pounds. is this too much? but i do want to lose weight so some tips would be good!! thank you!!!
Reply from brooke, Age 13 - 09/01/05 - IP#: 12.219.12.xxx it depends on your bone structure and how you are proportioned. i have a bigger chest area and wider hips, so my mom thinks that 90 might be to low, and 76 would be rediculously skinny. my friend is my height, she weighs 84 and her parents got her chacked for anorexia.
Reply from Moe, Age 14 - 09/01/05 - IP#: 69.107.51.xxx Listen, brookes healthy weight range 76 - 112. She can be 76 pounds and healthy. 90 Would make her fit, not skinny. being 100 or 105 pounds she will definitely still see extra weight on her body. Like I said losing 30 - 35 pounds is the best.

Reply from Moe, Age 14 - 09/01/05 - IP#: 69.107.51.xxx Hi, Ok - 25 pounds would be great for your height. If you really want to look slim and nice and fit lose 35 pounds. First eat 1200 calories a day and exercise for 30 min 3-5 times a week. Then, dont eat afetr 5:30 pm this is very important. Drink plenty of water (6-8 cups a day) and sleep as much as you can. I lost 105 pounds by doing that for 4 months.
