Ht. 5'6, Wt. 283 - Hey everyone i've been on my diet for a while now my highest weight was 290 yes I know thats huge but now i'm 283 and my 1st goal is to lose 30 pounds but i'n total I want to weigh 130-140 so I have to lose 150 pounds and it's a fact that you can lose up to 2 1/2 pounds a week so that adds up to 5 pounds every two weeks which makes 10 pounds a month with 9 months in school thats 90 pounds and 2 months over the summer is 20 more pounds,so that almost has me at my goal....if anyone knows any websites that talk about effective exercises please reply

True...but just keep in mind every body is different. Some weeks you might lose a bit more, others a bit less, at some point you may hit a plateau (sp?), Just make sure that you are losing, in general, don't get to hung up on numbers. Your body might not follow that general guide line. Is what i'm saying making sense?

good luck just keep working out about 2 hurs a day and ull get there i use to weigh 205 but now i am 157 so best of luck i know u can do it
