Ht. 5', Wt. 207 - Hey anyone who knows a thing or two about diet should help me out here. Is it okay to eat a yogurt for breakfeast, a healthy lunch, and just have another yogurt or cereal for supper? I guess my main question is.. is it okay to eat my main meal at lunch instead of later at supper time?

The only thing wrong w/ that is that you should probably eat more than yogurt for dinner. Try a sandwich w/ a yogurt/fruit/or vegetable.

Technically, your meals should get smaller as the day goes on. So eat more for breakfast- cereal, yogurt and fruit maybe- then go ahead and have a healthy lunch. Just make sure you eat a variety of foods/nutrients all day. Don't eat two yougurts a day, if you can help it.

I would say yea as long as you aren't hungry later. It might be best to have light yogurt which only has like half the calories.
