Ht. 5'4", Wt. 202 - Everyday i wake up and tell myself that i am going to have a good day and try to continue my diet. i am a junior in high school and i weigh about 202. That is alot for someone my age and height, so im trying to get to 160. i need tips on what to eat, how long to exersise and what so exerise. i've lost about 14 pounds since July 11... is that good? please feedback. thanks!

Make sure though, that you aren't losing the weight you want to lose too fast. I think 160 would be a good weight for you. Also, while exercise is an important part of losing weight, know that that's not all of it. Make sure that you're eating the right kind of foods, and not too much of them. Eat until you are satisfied, not full.
Reply from hatter, Age 16 - 09/06/05 - IP#: 70.245.225.xxx yo wusup I posted above you so that should pretty much cover what to do I posted to courtney age 13 and your suppose to excercise 30 min a day try to eat foods that dont have very many carbs and cal or stuff thats high in fat you no your basics but as far as excercising goes do sumthin that gets you active play a sport or a game ride a bike or walk to the end of the block and back at a fast past it worked for me and I went down 2 sizes but the journel like it says in the reply to courtneys post is just fun and intertaining basically it keeps you busy and keeps you from giving up most people give up becase they get bored with the process of losing weight lifting weight s excercicing and eating healthy chip you cant eat unless there healthy and pretzels you can have but major no no's are food that you think will set up for failior try to snack healthy and keep active well thats all I got for ya Ill do mor e research and post it for everyone to see if it helps that is well hatter out
