Vegetables:
asparagus, beets, broccoli, cabbage (green), carrots, cauliflower, celery, chicory, chili peppers, cucumbers,
garlic lettuce, onions, papayas, spinach,turnips, zucchini

Fruits:
apples, cranberries, grapefruit, lemons, mangos,
oranges, pineapple, raspberries, strawberries, tangerines

lauren-grapes are, bananas are the only fruit that arent negative calories.

yup, and also some lean chicken without skin, crab,lobster(without butter), fish, and most other seafood.
