Ht. N/A, Wt. healthy - I may be young, but I can tell you guys how to lose. First, Subway is a good way to lose. If you get wheat bread, no mayo or cheese, and get water (NO CHIPS OR COOKIES!) Eat right and exercise, that is the key to successful weight loss. The South Beach diet meals also help you too. Reply if you have any questions.

Eating them as a PART of a well balanced diet isn't bad. And, i think everyone knows that you have to eat right and exercise to lose weight. Most people just have a hard time sticking to it, and need encouragement.
