Ht. 5'5, Wt. 150 goal 120 - woohoo i woke up at six this morning and ran 2 miles and then i ate a yogurt and some grapes then i drank a diet coke for lunch at school i know dont kill me my lunch is at 1015 who is gonna eat then...NOT ME! ok then when i got home at 345 i ate some popcorn and some mini bagels...then i went to work and got home at nine and ate a sandwhich and a yogurt and then i ran another two miles and in a minute im gonna do my ab workout...if i keep this up will i lose weight?

Keep that up, (you're doing great!) and i say it will take you about 2-3 months. remember to treat yourself about one a week.

well, u do have to eat during lunch....i sometimes don't eat breakfast, bc i'm like, wayyy too busy in the morning,but that doesn't make it right. how can u run like that? omg, i can't even run um...like, 20 minutes. how long does it take u?
