Ht. 5'4", Wt. now: 198.5 goal: 165 - i know i haev asked this before, but ok. i weigh apporx. 198-199 pounds and i am 5'4". i started my diet about 2 months ago, and i was at 216 pounds. i am normally a big person, and i am big boned. if i keep up eating about 1600-1800 calories a day and walking about 1 1/2 miles a day, how much do you think i can lose by christmas? what do you think my goal weight should be? please reply and thanks for your help.
Reply from Bethany, Age 16 - 09/21/05 - IP#: 204.77.167.xxx ok, sorry, but 125 pounds!? there is NO WAY i want to be 125... its too skinny for me. i am a bog boned person and that weight just wouldnt look good on me. i think at the least 145.
Reply from angie, Age 15 - 09/20/05 - IP#: 24.80.196.xxx well according to the BMI calculator you're weight should be in the range of 109-145 pounds, so I would aim for something like 125 pounds. So that means you need to lose approximately 75 pounds if you want to be in that range. If you keep doing what you;re im sure you can loose it by christmas, but remember..anything below 109 is consider too skinny so be careful that you know when to stop! good luck
