Ht. 5'8, Wt. 170 - Ok guys..this is what i eat almost every day, at least during the week. I eat breakfast at 8:00 before school which is 1 cup of kashi cereal and skim milk(250 calories) and then i go to skool and at 11:30 i have an apple...at 1:00 i have a banana...then i get home and at 3 i have more fruit or vegetables(sometimes greek salad) and then at 7 i eat dinner(i have a little bit of what my mom makes which is usually meat and vegetables) do you think this is good? i usually stay at about 1000 calories cuz thats the only way i can lose weight!

Sounds fine. However,make sure you only eat 2 fruits a day and no more, because fruits do contain alot of sugar, even though it is good sugar - to much is'nt Also drink 6-8 glasses of water a day - that itself is a miracle worker.

Sounds real good as long as you do some exercise everyday to go along with that healty eating it should work.
