Ht. 5'3", Wt. Start: 218 Now: 205 - Hey everybody, I get tired of doing the exact same workout routine EVERY DAY! I do 10 mins. of muscle training, then go for a 15-20 minute walk. So now that you know what my regular routine is, what are different exercises I could do???? Like so I could alternate different routines day to day, even one, I will be happy. So please any ideas?????

Reply from Julie, Age 17 - 09/30/05 - IP#: 65.182.247.xxx Try getting some kind of workout video. Try to find one that seems fun. I personally am not a big fan of Taeboe, but other people love it. Pilates can be pretty good if you find the right tape (same pilates can suck big time though) or you can go for the regular Denise Austin or whoever type work outs. They are pretty cheap, and they can be a great help.
