Ht. 5'7, Wt. 190 - okay my goal for this year (school year) is to get to a size seven and i were a 11 to 13 and it sux! but my bday is coming up in a mounth and a half so i would like to lose a lil nothing to much like 10 -15 pounds and cause we are going shopping and i would like to get slimmer! oh ya this summer i was 200 and i am 190 now so thats good right? i just need exerciseing tips i cant change eating i tried too many times

Okay, exercise tips. Try to work out for thirty minutes a day, at least three or four times a week. Maybe you could join a gym, or take pilates -- I do that and it's fun and helpful! A martial art is good, too; I take kung-fu every Monday night. Working out shouldn't be a chore, it should be something that you can look forward to, so do something fun. Make sure you exercise. It doesn't matter whether it's walking or biking or swimming or whatever! Just get active as often as you can, and stay hydrated with water, not gatorade or powerade. It might give you energy, but that's because it's packed with sugar. It's just not as healthly as plain water. Good luck!
