Ht. 5'5, Wt. 208 - ok, so i was up to 214, got down to 208 but i just dont feel like im doing well or trying hard enough. i was doing so well... i was doing the treadmill every day practically, and following wat my nutritionist said... 2-3 dairy a day, 3 fats, 6 grains, 4 oz protein, 5 or more veggies, and 2-4 fruit... but now i havent done well AT ALL!!! i went to a concert yesterday and had burger king twice! in one day! i dont know wat to do... please help. someone... ive got another nutritionist appointment october 22nd so ive got 2 weeks till my next appt and i want to lose at least 2lbs but i just really need some help... please

it's ok to treat yourself once in a while. Just think that you've still lost weight from where you started and you're still doing great. One day won't change a long-term weight loss plan. Keep it up! No one should feel guilty about something they ate...it's just food. We're meant to be happy!

just start over don't worry tomorow is another day just go back to the tread mill and eat what you'v been told to eat.as you loose wheight you will become fitter to so you will be able to work out harder even if it herts it wont hert as much as when you started so persevere and keep on going and you'l do fine you'v done very well already so just keep going.Keep up the good worl .lol Katie
