Ht. 5'3", Wt. 207 Goal:135 - I read that salads and sandwiches are bad for you, so I am kinda freaking out, cause I always thought they were healthy. If they aren't, the what can I eat!?!?!?! Also, here's today: Chicken Nuggets kids meal from mcdonalds(4 nuggets, apple dippers, water), and for supper I will be eating a baked potato w/ a quater cup of cheese and a little sour cream. I am also going for a 30 minute walk/jog today. How'd I do???

the dressing in salads is whats making the salad so high on calories and fat

they are only bad for you if you put bad things on them. a little dressing or condiments doesn't hurt- but if you drowned you salad or sandwhich in them they can be horrible for a die. the meat, veggies and whole grain bread are great for a well balanced meal.
