Ht. 5'7, Wt. 275 - Hi, everyone, as you can see i'm new here, and i'm overweight. I want to lose 100 pounds, in the least, my ultimate goal is to be 130 pounds but I need some tips on exercise, I already eat 3 balanced meals per day but I don't know what are the GOOD exercises to do, if you have lost excessive amounts of weight in a realistic amount of time, reply here or email me at x_certiifiiedxladii@yahoo.com, thanks so much

took me awhile... about 8 months but the drs said it was unhealthy to lose that fast.. but it was like I couldnt stand looking at myself so I just had to drop em no matter what.. I dont recommending doing what I did.. it did make me feel tired all the time and such... I did also gain about 10-15 pounds back but *shrugs* I dunno.. I'd like another 50 off.. I guess if I try hard and keep my eye on 4-5 pounds a month I'll be cool.
