Ht. 5'7, Wt. 145 - howd i do. br> yogurt. banana. lunch>2 bowls soup and peach. dinner> bowl of fruit and 2 yogurts. plate pasta
snack before bed>cheerios and milk
i know this isnt like diet small but i think this is what id normaly eat before i gained some weight so i thought it was ok. im kinda scared to eat less than normal or like diet. what do u think? could i try cutting calories and stuff just till i loose weight then go back to a typical day like this?

That's kind of a weird day for eating. My tips for you- don't eat after 5:00. Your metabolism slows down later on. If you eat early meals you will burn off more of the cals. Eating right before bed isn't a good idea. Also, if you don't already eat them try fake meats- Boca nuggets are good...and I hear a lot of other fake meats are good. Taste real- but way less fat. Also, garden burgers!!
